This is an authentic account of London's rock culture; I was there at the beginning and I'm still enjoying every minute of it.
The focus of this tour is a fun journey in my London taxi that Rock n Roll enthusiasts will love. Soak up the atmosphere and hear the back stories as we zig-zag around London. You'll get to see venues, pubs, studios, and homes of some of these amazing rock legends: Beatles, Stones, Led Zep, Who, Queen, Bowie, Ramones and many more. Soho
Soho, is a busy vibrant district. It's where the Swinging 60's were defined in fashion, music, and culture.
This is where Beatlemania was born and the coffee shops of the 50's spawned a new generation of musicians that took us into the 60's,70's and beyond.

Tin Pan Alley
One of London's shortest streets; but every building has rock n roll DNA running through it's veins. It has different layers of musical heritage; from selling sheet music in the early days to London's premier centre today,selling new and vintage guitars.

Marylebone
Marylebone is one of London's gems; it's beautiful Georgian architecture and high-end shopping plays host to what the Chicago Tribune described as the"ultimate rock pad".
This is the apartment where Ringo, Jimi Hendrix, and John and Yoko lived- but not at the same time!! Oh by the way you'll be astonished to know who lived around the corner to this apartment; Clue - I'll leave no stone unturned.

Camden Town
Camden- has it all, this district is where one of the finest rock venues of the 60's is still very much rocking. We're talking about the famous Round House. The iconic venue has had every genre of music played on its stage.
some of the amazing artists: Pink Floyd, Who, Doors, Ramones, Jimi Hendrix, Kinks, and of course Amy Winehouse. The Street- Art around Camden is amazing and the atmosphere is both vibrant and exciting.

Abbey Road Studios
Abbey Road has the most famous crosswalk in the world.
I will capture the moment you step across it to emulate the four Beatles. It also has the Abbey Road Studios, where the Beatles recorded so many of their tracks.
We'll also visit, just up the road the location of the recording company that turned the Beatles down.

Notting Hill
Notting Hill, is well known for it's annual carnival, a certain book-shop and lots of movie stars. On this tour we concentrate on music and rock n roll; We'll be talking about Bob Marley, Queen, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, they don't call it royal for nothing. This is where we'll visit "Rock Royalties" homes; here we'll see the location of Freddie Mercury, Jimmy Page and Robbie Williams London homes.
This is also where the Royal Albert Hall is located and where Bob Dylan caused an uproar in 1966.

The Hard Rock Cafe, has an amazing rock history since it opened in 1971; I know I used to hang out there in it's early days, and I can tell you it has only got better over the years.
It also has a wonderful museum called the "vault" and I can end the tour here as your final destination.

Mayfair
Mayfair, was the origins of party central of London in the 17th century. Fourteen days and nights of debauchery and raucous behavior in the first two weeks of May. This came to an abrupt stop in the mid 18th century. Today is where the well heeled, high end shops, hotels and clubs are located.
For rock n roll enthusiasts this where the Beatles played their Rooftop gig in 1969.

Regent Street
The legendary David Bowie throughout his career always at the forefront and in tune with his adoring fans.
Here we can pay tribute to the gifted king of glam rock where his album cover for Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars were photographed.

A tiny courtyard hidden in the heart of St James's where Rock n Roll history was made, where John met Yoko, and the site where the A listers of the day partied in a private members club- and still do!
