Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind The signature monument of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal is one of the most visited Tourist attractions of Jaipur. Jantar Mantar - Jaipur Although Jaipur is all about royal buildings, forts and palaces but the city also has one scientific gem, Jantar Mantar. There were 5 scientific observatories built in India during the reign of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II and the one which is still the most-famous is Jantar Manatar Jaipur. It is a scientific observatory which holds 19 astronomical instruments made of stone. The most significant among all them is Samrat Yantra which is the largest sundial of the country. The observatory is located in the heart of Jaipur city and the objective of building it was to measure the distance position and movement of celestial bodies.

Jal Mahal al Mahal is a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace was originally constructed in 1699; the building and the lake around it were later renovated and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber.
