What To Expect

Exclusive for private groups.
We are located in a beautiful century-old building in the spectacular Plaça Reial, in the center of Barcelona, Las Ramblas.
The activity begins with a tour of La Boquería market, the largest market here in Spain, where the guide will explain to you about traditional foods and the most popular Catalan products.
The sampling menu consists of a spectacular array of 10 Tapas, originating from various cities within Spain. The chef will explain the history of Spanish cuisine through these Tapas.
After that we will be ready to start the cooking class. The cooking workshop is designed so that each participant is involved in the experience, the chef and his assistant will participate with them by giving some instructions. For example, one Paella is cooked for every 2-3 participants. Once everything is ready, it will be served on an Imperial table.
