Here’s a brief overview of what to expect: Summit Trail: This is the most popular route, starting from the base of Lion's Head. The trail is a loop that ascends through a series of switchbacks and rocky sections. It’s moderately challenging but well-marked, with chains and ladders in some areas to assist with the steeper sections. The summit offers panoramic 360-degree views of Cape Town, Table Mountain, and the surrounding coastline. Sunset Hike: Many people choose to hike Lion's Head in the late afternoon to catch the sunset.
