The tour starts around 6 a.m. with the pick up and transport of the participants in the direction of the pass or Abra Málaga (at 4,300 meters above sea level) where we will start the descent by bicycle (biking). After approximately 3 hours of descent through a route full of beautiful views and fruit fields, we will arrive at the town of Santa María where we can enjoy a succulent lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon with those who have booked in advance we start the rafting (+ $ 30 USD). This is one of the most fun activities and it is only possible to do it during the dry season in Cusco (from April to November).
At night we will stay in a comfortable hostel with hot water, Internet and a beautiful view in the middle of the jungle.

Banos Termales de Cocalmayo
Around 6:00 in the morning and after a restorative breakfast we will start the walk that runs through a beautiful section of the Inca Trail. This part of the tour is not to be missed since we will be able to walk a part of the old Inca trail that is well preserved and still used by local people.
During this tour we will be able to appreciate waterfalls, streams and plantations of fruits and tubers typical of the area. We will also be able to witness the diverse flora and fauna of the place, different species of exotic birds, as well as a wide range of orchids and fruit trees such as bananas, oranges, avocados and coffee, among others. In the afternoon we will arrive at the thermal baths of Cocalmayo where we can enjoy a few hours in this famous resort of thermo-medicinal waters. After this relaxing therapy we will settle in our lodging located in the town of Santa Teresa where we will spend our second night.

Santa Teresa – Aguas Calientes (hike)

Aguas Calientes
Our guide will describe the details of the route taken by the great expeditionaries who discovered Machu Picchu. With those who have booked in advance we start the zip line (+ $ 30 USD) one of the most fun experiences of this tour. Then we will continue with the walk for approximately 3 more hours. It is probably the part of the tour with the best views and landscapes since you will be able to observe splendid waterfalls from glaciers, coca plantations and old bridges, among other attractions. This walk follows the train route until reaching Aguas Calientes, also known as 'Machu Picchu Pueblo' where we will stay in a comfortable local lodging at the foot of the archaeological complex.
That night we will meet at a tourist restaurant where we will taste an exquisite dinner and together with the guide we will plan the next day's visit to Machu Picchu.

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu
Around 4 a.m. we will get ready to ascend to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. It is worth mentioning that the guide does not accompany the group in this section since he will have to coordinate previous details and will wait for us at the entrance of Machu Picchu. We also protect the guide from continuous physical wear (harmful to their knees).
Our guide will share with us all the historical knowledge during a two-hour tour. Those who made their reservation in advance and managed to buy a ticket for one of the additional mountains, either Huaynapicchu or for Montaña (+$30USD), will be able to enjoy a spectacular aerial view of the Machu Picchu archaeological complex. This tour could take approximately 3 hours but it is worth the effort since the landscape is unforgettable.
In the afternoon we will go down to Aguas Calientes to return by train (according to the chosen package) to Ollantaytambo where we will be grouped together and board the bus that will take us to Cusco, where the tour ends.
