What To Expect

In our diving/freediving center you will meet passionate instructors specialized in freediving. After a time of exchange to realize that the collective unconscious cultivates often false beliefs, we will address the fundamentals of ventilation and compensation. Then, we will propose you a complete and suitable equipment for this discovery. Your freediving baptism will take place in a unique environment, the North Menorca Marine Reserve (25 years).

After some time sailing within the Fornells Marine Reserve, depending on the environmental conditions, we will go to our activity site so that it is suitable for your first dives.

The session will revolve around self-discovery in the water in verticality, with games around your sensations along a guide cable. In a small group of 4 practitioners per workshop, you will progress step by step thanks to several simple and playful exercises. By listening to new sensations, you will disconnect from our terrestrial world with the promise of an unforgettable first experience full of emotion.
