On this experience you will have a 15 minutes easy walk at a levada, you will see the Fanal forest with the native trees "Ocotea foetens" )some of these are over 500 years old). On this tour we will pass at , Serra d'Água, Ginjas, Estanquinhos, Paúl da Serra, Fanal, Ribeira da Janela, Porto Moniz, Seixal and São Vicente. If the weather alows, you have time to swim at the volcanic pools.

Serra de Agua
Wood was the first of livelihood and income for the early settlers to Madeira, and due to the abundance of vegetation in Serra de Água the sawmills, commercial exportation of wood was very profitable.

Miradouro da Encumeada
Starting in Ribeira Brava at the south coast, the road winds up to Serra d’Água (which was the island’s first water power station) and arrives at the top of the valley giving incredible views of both the south and the north coast.
