Ulun Danu Batur Temple
Historical and cultural tourism. Sightseeing Ulun Danu Beratan: iconic Temple on Lake Beratan in the Bedugul Highlands. The area surrounding the temple is believed to have been a site of worship and center for religious rituals since the megalithic period. To the left of the temple lies a sarcophagus as well as a stone slate that are dated to around 500 BC. The existence of the temple itself is has been recorded as early as 1556. In 1633, it was rebuilt by the King of Mengwi, I Gusti Agung Putu, with a mixture of Hindu and Buddhist architectural styles. Despite its age, the temple remains clean and in good condition, well kept by the local community.

Wanagiri Hidden Hills
The area has several swing spots and each location has different attractions facing directly to Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan with a cool breeze of air surrounding the area. Apart from the swings, the spot also features a giant birds nest, a treehouse and other unique attraction for visitors. Wanagiri Hidden Hills opens daily from 8 am up to 5 pm.

Banyumala Twin Waterfalls
Not as well-known and frequently visited as other waterfalls in Bali, Banyumala Twin Waterfall still maintains its pure natural beauty. This stunning waterfall is on the crater rim road between Munduk and the main highway from Singaraja to Denpasar. The definition of “nothing worth having comes easy”, as it is not an easy hike or even an easy waterfall to find, but definitely worth the walk. Your whole journey will be surrounded by lush trees, rocks, a river you’ll come across and the beautiful waterfall itself.
