Akumal Monkey Sanctuary & Rescued Animals
Buckle up and get ready for an adventure like no other! This ATV tour will take you on a wild ride through the dense jungle of Akumal, where you'll experience the thrill of speeding over rugged terrain and dodging through thick foliage. As you ride, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the jungle.
But don't worry, the tour also offers plenty of opportunities to catch your breath and take in the stunning scenery. You'll make a stop at a breathtaking cenote, a natural freshwater pool hidden deep in the jungle. Here, you can take a refreshing dip in the cool, crystal-clear waters and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.
After your swim, it's back on the ATV for the next leg of the journey. As you ride through the jungle, you'll eventually come to the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary, a haven for rescued monkeys that have been given a second chance at life. Here, you'll meet the dedicated team of caretakers who work tirelessly to provide the monkeys with a safe and nurturing environment.
