Samburu National Resrerve, one of Kenya's best-loved wildlife sanctuaries. Samburu has a wealth of wildlife in a relatively small area - elephants are legion and there are plenty of lions, leopards and cheetahs picking on the grazing antelope, zebra and other species drawn here for water and grazing.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
Pick up at 8 am from city centre and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Lunch will be on arrival at the camp
In the afternoon, depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve from 4 pm.

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty.

This day before leaving you have the option of visiting the local traditional Maasai tribe to learn more about their culture and lifestyle. You will visit the villages near the accommodation.
Thereafter commence the drive to Nakuru you will have lunch at a hotel on the way to Nakuru. No game drive shall take place in Mara on this day.

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha/Hell’s Gate

Lake Nakuru National Park
You will have an early breakfast and depart by 6.30am to straight to the park. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos . The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 1 hour drive to Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch at hotel. After lunch, you will go to hell's gate for biking safari. You will later go for an hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha for bird watching and hippo viewing.

A trip to the lake will treat you to a stunning forest of Acacia Xanthophlea, as you enjoy the magnificent sight of buffalos wallowing in the swampy, marshy areas or the humungous hippos sleeping in the shallow ends of the lake. You will enjoy a 1 hour boat ride in the lake.

Breakfast at the hotel and at 7 am, depart to Samburu National Reserve located in the Northern Kenya. Have lunch on the way to arrive Samburu in time for an evening game viewing. Samburu is famous for its truly wild semi-arid landscape, and the large concentration of wild animals and bird-life. Together with the adjoining Shaba and Buffalo Springs national reserves, Samburu is popular for hosting the rare Northern-Kenya animal species (Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Beisa Oryx and Somali Ostrich) which are not found in the other popular parks and reserves in Kenya.
