What To Expect

Every day, from (10:00am to 13pm, 14:30pm to 17:30pm, 18:00pm to 21:00pm), we will take you to our kitchen studio, located in Los Portales de Cayma, Pasaje Larilari i-3, where you will learn how to prepare traditional dishes with our most representative ingredients.
Aperitif: Passion fruit Sour,
Shake your own Pisco Sours and learn about the history behind our national cocktail.
Appetizer: Causa Rellena
Main dish: Ceviche with a modern twist; Sashimi style fish - Peruvian avocados, and sweet potato.
