• Failure to show up on the day of departure will result in the loss of the total amount of the reservation.
• On private tours, failure to show up at the scheduled time will result in the remainder of the tour time being taken.
• On shared tours, the experience provider reserves the right to start the experience at the scheduled time, however, there is a 10-minute tolerance.
• If you go to the bow of the boat, you may be asked to take off your shoes to protect the mattresses and fiber of the boat.
