Abu Simbel trip check in and sailing to Kom Ombo temple

Abu Simbel Temple Complex
Check out from your hotel in Aswan around 4:30, our licensed Egyptology tour guide will pick you up for Abu Simbel trip (sharing a small group), to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Back to Aswan around 1:30 pm to pick your luggage and transfer to the 5 star cruise to check in and have your lunch.

Temple of Kom Ombo
Around 2 pm, the cruise will start sailing heading to Kom Ombo. Arrive at Kom Ombo city where to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile God and Horus, the falcon God. Back to the cruise and have dinner. Continue sailing to Edfu for overnight.

After your breakfast, enjoy Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Back to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Cross Esna lock. Afternoon tea on the sundeck. Arrive Luxor late in the afternoon. Overnight in Luxor.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari
Then, continue to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. Discover her beautiful temple and her attractive story with her nephew. End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Lunch time in a local restaurant (optional).
