What To Expect

Visit farm, cellar, vineyards & cooking!
We find ourselves in Florence and I'll take you by van to my organic farm, in a Tuscan countryside area, very charming, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, located in "Fucecchio", about 40 minutes from Florence.
We will visit the cellar where I produce organic, we will taste organic red wines directly from the barrel.
You will meet our domesticated pork, walk among the olive trees, and collect aromatic herbs—oregano, dill, thyme, rosemary, and sage—that are essential to complement and enlighten our meals. We will teach you how to recognise and harvest each one.
We teach how to make homemade fresh pasta like tagliatelle and ravioli with flour and eggs. We will teach you the little Italian secret, then we'll eat together with the wine bottled by us on a fresh patio in summer or in our old-style kitchen in winter.
After the meal, we serve a little dessert with limoncello and coffee.

The return for the morning tour is by train from San Miniato-Fucecchio station at 16:24 arriving at 17:10 in Firenze Santa Maria Novella, the ticket is 6,20 EUR.
The return for the afternoon tour is by van back to the meeting point in Firenze at 21:30.
