Dresden
Located almost halfway from Prague and from Berlin, Dresden is the ideal stop on the way to split your 4-hour trip into two shorter ones. With this stop you will be able to see more of the Saxony region, as well as visit its capital.
There are plenty of historical buildings to see in this city. English-speaking guide will take you around some of the best points of interest in Dresden. This tour lasts 2 hours.

Frauenkirche Dresden
The Frauenkirche (or the Church of Our Lady, in English) was originally completed in 1743, however it was completely destroyed during the second world war. In 1994 the rebuilding process started, using some material of the original Frauenkirche. It was completed in 2005 and it has been open to the public ever since.

The Dresden Zwinger
A hallmark of Baroque architecture, the Zwinger Palace hosts many museums and art galleries. You can take a stroll through the palace gardens and admire its architecture or visit one of the many galleries inside.

Semper Opera House (Semperoper)
Both the Semper Gallery and the Semperoper were named after its architect, Gottfried Semper. This opera house combines both Baroque and Renaissance architecture and houses many statues of famous writers, such as Shakespeare or Goethe.

Bruehlsche Terrasse
Bruhl's Terrace is also known as the “Balcony of Europe”. It stretches along the Elbe river and has several statues and museums. It is usually packed with tourists walking around and enjoying the view to the Elbe.
