Lisbon Build an unforgettable bond with the evening view of Lisbon. Start your adventure from Restauradores Square dedicated to Portugal's freedom from Spain in 1640. Stroll along Gates Sant Antão street where the old Sant Antão gates once protected the city. Enjoy Casa Alentejo, once a castle, and now an exquisite restaurant. Discover the multicultural charm of Mouraria district. Take a shot of Portuguese traditional ginjinha sour cherry liqueur going to the background Fado. Wind through the city to Miradouro Chao do Loureiro - one of the best viewpoints there. Get the panoramic view of the city from the 25th of April Bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril) across the Tagus River to the commanding São Jorge castle (Castelo de São Jorge).
