Masai Mara is known for another natural spectacle, The Great Migration. It is an annual activity which includes the migration of over one million wildebeest, zebra, gazelle etc from the Serengeti in Northern Tanzania to Kenya, crossing over the Mara river in search of fresh green feeding pastures. This is generally visible in the Masai Mara region in July or August.

Maasai Mara National Reserve Your safari will begin with an early morning game drive in the grasslands followed by breakfast back at the camp. Winding up with breakfast, you will head out to spend the whole day in the park in search of its popular resident predators and prey like Zebra, Wildebeest and Giraffe.
