Essaouira the first stop will be just in a cafe on the way to Essaouira so that travelers can do their business, buy a cup of coffee or have breakfast in case they do not have it in their hotels.

Essaouira goats on argan trees: the argan tree is also nicknamed "the goat tree" because they love its fruits. They climb it with surprising ease, clinging to branches, settling there and tasting its fruits. They actually eat only the pulp and reject the kernel which is then collected by the inhabitants to make oil for their own use.

Women's cooperative for the extraction of argan oil: The cooperative exclusively employs women to work the nuts. These cooperatives are quite numerous between Essaouira and Marrakech. This allows paid work to be provided to women and thus gives them some autonomy. About 2,000 women work in these cooperatives.
