Non-Airport pick up: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver (WhatsApp).

• Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
• Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
• You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.
