Dragon's Teeth The guide will take them through an ancient labyrinth. A walking meditation to clear any confusion in their energy. A native Hawaiian tradition to create presence and peace in our mind body and spirit. We will then walk to the nearby beach. Breathing exercises and coffee scrubbing our body to awaken and connect to ourselves. Finishing with a dip in the ocean to clean off the scrub and feel activated to enjoy the rest of your day.
