Fortaleza de Sao Juliao Da Barra
The Fort of São Julião da Barra is the largest and most complete military defense complex in the Vauban style reminiscent of Portugal. It is located in São Julião da Barra, at the tip of São Gião, extreme west of Oeiras, in the parish of Oeiras and São Julião da Barra, Paço de Arcos and Caxias.
Considered in the past as the Shield of the Kingdom, greater maritime fortification in the country. Originally, along with the São Lourenço do Bugio Fort, with whom he co-operated, the control function of the entry and exit of the vessels in the Tagus bar and access to the port of Lisbon.
It is currently the official residence of the Minister of National Defense of Portugal.

Farol do Bugio
The Bugio Lighthouse is located in the Fort of São Lourenço do Bugio, at the mouth of the Tagus River, in the direction of Cova do Vapor, Trafaria (which is south in the District of Setúbal) and the town and municipality of Oeiras Norte in the District of Lisbon).
It is a circular tower of stonework, white, surmounted by a red lantern and balcony, inside a circular fort.

Torre de Belem
The Torre de Belém is located in the parish of Belém, municipality and district of Lisbon, in Portugal. On the right bank of the river Tagus, where Belém beach once existed, it was originally surrounded by water around its perimeter. Over the centuries it was surrounded by the beach, until today it is incorporated the terra firma.
One of the ex libris of the city, the monument is an icon of the architecture of the reign of D. Manuel I, in a synthesis between the medieval tradition tower and the modern bulwark, where artillery pieces were available.
Over time, the tower was losing its defense function of the Tagus bar and, from the Filipino occupation, the old warehouses gave way to dungeons. On the four floors of the tower, the Governor's Room, the Kings Room, the Audience Hall, and finally the Chapel with its fifteenth-century vaults remain.

Padrao dos Descobrimentos
The route through Lisbon goes until the Discoveries Monment, from where we can see the 25 de Abril bridge and Cristo Rei up close. It's also by boat that you get a unique perspective of this monument, the only possible way to see the full figure of Henry the Navigator.
